Use the cleaner twice a day preferably in the morning and before going to bed after brushing and flossing your teeth. The tongue cleaner is designed to clean the tongue in one smooth, easy stroke removing mucous and oral debris efficiently and easily.

How to use it?
Simply hold the tongue cleaner firmly by both hands, holding one end in each hand. Open your mouth and extend your tongue as far out as comfortable. Firmly but gently scrape the tongue with the flat center part of the scraper in one smooth stroke from back to front. Repeat if necessary. Wash the tongue cleaner before repeating.
