Triphala GugguluMA344 60 tablets
Overweight? High cholesterol?
Guggulu is the fragrant resin from the tree Commiphora Mukul.
It penetrates deep into the tissues and has a unique "lekhana" (scraping) quality and supports the elimination of ama (toxins) as well as excess fat and Kapha from the body's channels.
Guggulu is often combined with other herbs to create a more targeted effect. When combined with Triphala (a famous compound of the three fruits Amlaki, Haritaki & Bibhitaki) it is effective in supporting the reduction of cholesterol and excess weight. It has been traditionally used because of its anti-inflammatory effects, which further protect the arteries.
