Shipping Your Order
All orders received by 10am NZT Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders received after 10am may not be shipped until the next business day but best efforts will be made to ship the same day where possible.
During checkout you can specify delivery instructions (e.g. 'Leave on the front porch').
NEW ZEALAND
Fixed rate of NZD 7.80 anywhere in New Zealand (including Rural Delivery addresses). Shipping is via New Zealand Couriers and thier delivery target is overnight. Signature is not required.
For Rural Delivery (RD) addresses add 1-2 days extra for delivery. No additional charge for RD delivery.
AUSTRALIA
We recommend DHL due to more reliable delivery times and parcel tracking. Their delivery target is 1-3 working days. Signature is required on delivery unless otherwise instructed. Full tracking directly to you from DHL via automated email updates.
International Airmail Post to Australia - their delivery target is 3-10 working days. It is a tracked method of delivery.
Orders of AUD 1,000 or more are subject to customs duty.
REST OF WORLD
Shipping via International Airmail Post delivery target is 6-10 working days but may be longer depending on the destination country. It is a tracked method of delivery.
Any local tax or duty payable is the customer's responsibility as the importer.
