Has the Xmas ‘rush’ begun to be felt at home or in your workplace? Although we often look forward to Xmas, getting there can be stressful. This week we introduce you to 3 very powerful tips to help you turn the stress of this time to ease and joy!

It can be really helpful to help the mind ‘take it easy’. In the whirlwind of pre-xmas preparations Vata and Pitta imbalance can arise or be exacerbated.
